DeviceInfo.in exists for one reason: to answer everyday questions — “what browser am I using?”, “what is my IP?”, “what screen size does this site see?” — with live results and plain-English explanations. Every core tool runs in your browser using documented web APIs. No accounts, no installs, no hidden tracking.

How we create our guides

We write from browser documentation and observed behavior, explain limits honestly (“support varies by browser”), and never invent benchmarks, studies or credentials. When information is unavailable we explain why rather than guessing.

How we test browser tools

Each tool is checked on current Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge across mobile and desktop viewports (320px–1440px). Capability checks reflect your live profile, so extensions or enterprise policies can change results — that is expected and documented on each page.

How we handle privacy

Detection runs client-side where possible. We do not store fingerprints or device reports. See the privacy policy for the short list of what we do retain (contact messages, standard logs, optional analytics).
